Last time, I told you about the effects of a demonstration experiment using a grip strength meter. This time, we experimented with a vertical jump and a 30m sprint.
We measured 18 high school baseball players from September 20th to October 5th, 2022.
The vertical jump was measured from the ground to the heel with a dedicated device, and the 30m sprint was measured with a phototube.
The result was an average increase of 2.1cm in vertical jump and an average of -0.13 seconds in 30m sprint. Even the baseball players were surprised to see the effect just by wearing it.
